I feel kinda dumb i should have came here sooner, anyway heres whats i have done in order of first try to last time i tried 1. Repair files(via the blizzard desktop app) 2. Reinstall the game 3. Then i went a head and messed with all the graphic options in game and it all ended in the same way 4. Went into the Nvidia control panel and mess with options. Last time i updated i made sure to set everything to default settings 5.i did a clean uninstall of my graphic drivers, then i reinstalled them.i liked to note i did a custom and did not install geforce experience, then because it did not fix it i installed that again thats pretty much it, or what i can remember, thanks for your time. Hey DrSchwifty, Thanks for getting back to us with that info. I'm not seeing any immediate issues with the DXDIAG, though from the video you posted it could be a corrupt driver install which wouldn't show up in the files. Lets try using to completely wipe all drive files and then do a fresh reinstall. This is a bit different than simply uninstalling the drivers/software through the Control Panel, as the DDU tool will have you reboot into Safe Mode in order to clean everything. Once that is done go ahead and reinstall the latest Nvidia drivers again and use the Custom option to just install the driver itself. Hey DrSchwifty, Lets try disabling the Xbox Game DVR in Windows 10 to see if that helps. Xbox Game DVR: 1) Search for 'Xbox' in the Windows 10 search and open the Xbox app (You will need to log into your Microsoft Account, or create one if you haven't yet). 2) Once open, click on the settings option on the left (Cog Wheel). 3) Click the slider for the game DVR to turn if off. What kind of max temperatures are you seeing for your CPU and GPU while playing as well? You can use to check both of those. 05:49 PMPosted by DxDiag Previously: Crashed in system information (stage 4) & MediaFoundation (stage 1). Re-running DxDiag with 'dontskip' command line parameter or choosing not to bypass information gathering when prompted might result in DxDiag successfully obtaining this information Typically when you see an error reported in this section this is a very bad indication that something is off at the core level of your system.:( Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Drivers look ok, but note the 10 series is still a touch bleeding edge. I'd say check with the manufacturer of that particular card and see if there is a bios update for the card. Also, as weird as this may sound, have you tried shutting the system down and changing the cable/port which is between the monitor and GPU? Sometimes single ports on a GPU can fail, or be in partial failure. It shouldn't be rendering some elements without others, but crazy things can happen. ![]() Xbox 360 Wheel Vendor Id 0x8086 Vendor IdThough that video honestly looks more like a driver issue, or a 3d rendering failure. While I have no idea how Overwatch is coded, it looks like it's split between 3d and 2d aspects. This video looks like the 3d aspects on the chip are rendering the world, and the UI that remains is being rendered by the 2d aspects, and the 3d aspects are in partial failure. If this is the case testing with other games and benchmarks should reveal similar artifacts. A 10 series card should absolutely still be under warrantee by the manufacturer. 3dMark on Steam - click download demo – Note; this will take 30-45 minutes to run a full cycle P2: USB VID_1EA7&PID_4011&REV_0106&MI_00 P5: input.inf There are a ton of these error references at the end. I don't know what device it's referring to, but with 'input' as a thing I'd guess maybe it's the 360 controller? As odd as it sounds, have you tried shutting down the system, unplugging that, and then restarting and playing without it attached? Hey DrSchwifty, My apologies for the late reply. Hopefully things end up working out with getting the 1070 replaced under warranty. Ok so i disabled the windows DVR still happens. And gpu temps were ~55c.cpu was max temp was ~97 I would also look into those CPU temps, 97 Celsius is extremely high for any processor. Double check that the fan on the heatsink is spinning and that the heat spreader isn't clogged with dust. Or, if you have an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler you might investigate to see if the pump is still working. I there an official fix for this? I can put some more details after spending some time testing this and my conclusion is: THIS IS 100% GAME ENGINE Now what am I experiencing and what have I tested. Microsoft ldap directory operations error coins. Re-installing game, drivers, underclocking GPU and all other things. The biggest impact is the game level of details (I have yet to diagnose which settings have biggest impact). I can play if my game details are set on low-mid (1080p +150% scaling tex high, rest on low-mid). If I start increasing all to max - after few minutes all goes black (my GPU temps are in stable 68-75). Interestingly enough if I tweak the settings just on the edge what is happening is that I'm losing colours on screen. Like blue is gone and only green and red is represented. And then Red goes and all is blue and after some more time it goes black. Now, why do I say it is 100% ENGINE RELATED? BEcause even if the screen is black with only players, HUD and loadout visible, when I'm having a replay from a kill-cam everything is clearly visible! Meaning when it's rendering from another player point of view ALL THE COLOURS ARE BACK! Then I spawn and it is black again. This clearly shows that it is something with the engine and how the player view/camara rendering is working. Another thing is that the 'BLACKNESS' isn't always on whole of the screen immediately. Sometimes ir fills a squre part of the screen and then the rest. Plus it is not instant frame2frame change it is 'filling' the screan in small blocks and flooding down like ink.
